Campaign Guides

Last updated August 27, 2026

Three campaign guides, all built around the same core mechanic — reach ACME parking customers before they decide where to park, not after:

  • Concerts in the Park — a recurring automated series. Fires a 3-email cadence (T-5d, T-2d, day-of) ahead of every date on a summer concert schedule, targeting past/nearby parkers to build repeat-season habits.
  • First-Time Transaction — an automated lifecycle journey triggered once per customer after their first paid parking session, thanking them and pushing a return offer, with a 30-day conversion check and a reminder for anyone who didn't come back.
  • Championship Football Game — a single pre-scheduled send, timed to ACME's average 5-day advance booking window, targeting past event parkers and recent evening/weekend parkers to drive advance reservations before a high-demand game.

The pattern across all three: automated trigger → targeted audience filter → timed message(s) → tracked revenue/conversion outcome. The football one is the simplest (one email, one audience ask); the first-time-transaction one is the most complex (multi-stage journey with a measurement checkpoint built in).

Worth remembering: the performance numbers in all three are illustrative, not real client results — that caveat needs to travel with these wherever they end up next.
