Location Access

This guide covers the Access tab, which lists the users who have been granted access to this specific location and how (their role and access path).

How it works

The Access table lists User, Role, Access via, and Active columns for anyone with a grant covering this location. Access grants are typically managed elsewhere (e.g. organization-level user/role administration) rather than added directly from this tab.

Access on Keystone Lot (current state)

“No users have access grants covering this location.” This is expected for the worked example — access/permissions were intentionally left untouched as part of this documentation project and were not modified.
